Positive, The location is perfect, right across from the site. The pool is excellent and well-maintained. My room was large with a newly renovated bathroom, and the balcony had a direct view of the hillside. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I'd definitely come back!

The location is perfect, just steps away from the springs. The room was cozy and had an amazing view of the mineral mountain. Fatten and samiye were cute, and samiye's smile really brightened my dining experience! The grilled lamb was delicious, fresh, and perfectly spiced.

Hospitable hotel in a fairly quiet area next to the main attraction, the travertines and hot air baloons and public transport that goes to Karayhit. Great and fab location, walking distance to everywhere. Nearby Kayas Restaurant and Bar - great place to chill out.

The proximity to the travertines made daily visits easy.
There were constant demands for tips. The stairs leading to the hotel were tiring after a long day. The staff was somewhat dismissive when I raised concerns about service expectations.

The view of the travertine from the room was very nice, and the staff was great. We had a great time and if we have a chance to return we'll stay at Hal-Tur again.

This small family run hotel provided a wonderful spot to relax and tour the Hieropolis and the Travertines. Our room overlooked the Travertines which were spectacular at night. The owners were extremely helpful in making our stay there pleasant. The service was excellent and their recommendation for a private tour gave us insight into the Pamukkale area. Our breakfast and dinner (with Pamukkale wine) were excellent.

fine views from beautiful rooms, well-kept pool area, charming garden and outdoor area
Bathroom cleanliness needs immediate attention!!! Showers should have better pressure for comfort!!! Room decor feels outdated and could use a modern touch!!! Minimize the promotional pressure for local goods!!!

the owner is a very nice guy, he treated us with respect and made us feel very special. The food was incredible as well, try the Sac Kebab if you go there :)
the room we had was quite small, but it's not really important.... when you open the window, you have an excellent view of the travertines !!! you just forget that it's a small room :)

Hotel manager was very kind, he offered us welcome drinks and gave us information about Pamukkale which was very helpful. Room was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. There was a nice pool and a lovely garden. Pamukkale wine we had at the garden was delicious! We looked around the town, and I am pretty sure this hotel was the best one.
Room was bit small and the extra bed was uncomfortable, hot water was not hot enough. Too small choice of breakfast.

The view from our room is excellent as the travernities just in fromt of you. The location of the hotel is great as it just takes around 5 minutes walk to the ticket office of the travernities. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly.
